Another Modest Proposal

Instead of whining about those nasty republican "Justices" on SCOTUS who just forced their christianist-Taliban sky-god myths on us, I'd suggest that Democrats and some of their alleged pro-Choice billionaire supporters create a Freedom Express of buses, trains and planes ready to transport women who need the procedure (especially poor women at no cost to them) from the insanely regressive Gilead "red" states to states where the Right to Choose is supported and defended to get the procedure?

Even WITHOUT the raft of religious nonsense already on the books and will be added as execrable laws to limit all reproductive rights, the Right to Choose has been allowed to become from severely limited to virtually inaccessible in most of territory in the red states and rural areas in blue states right now.

Imagine the 737s with Freedom to Choose painted on the fuselage standing by in airports in Mobile, Houston, Phoenix, Jackson, Springfield and Cincinnati to transport good folks to Freedom To Choose Women's Health Spas in California, Hawai'i, Oregon, Sonora, MX, New York, Massachusetts and other regions where the Right is retained in state's Constitutions.

BREAK THE BLOCKADE!

Of course, instead of whining, wringing of hands and cries of impotence against the American-Taliban Republican tide, Democrats in office COULD have been protecting the Right or doing things like this to help women during the entire 48 years since Roe v Wade was decided.  Instead a small religionist minority, deluded by sky-god myths and cynically aided by both Democrat and Republican votes (Hyde Amendment, 1976 - 2 years after Roe) have been seriously limiting and eliminating the Right to Choose.

This lack of care for women was especially egregious when the Dems Had It All from 2009-2011.

Note: Allegedly Pro-Choice billionaire "Democrat" Michael Bloomberg could have done what I'm suggesting with the $1 BILLION+ he spent on his vanity "campaign" for the pResidency (to block Sanders) in 2020.

PS: OR the Dems could have passed a Women's Health Protection Act or equivalent to HR2584 the Judiciary Act of 2021 to reverse the decision to overturn Roe v Wade and many other regressive actions of this out of the mainstream "Court".
